Before signing this contract and sending a deposit, please call or e-mail me to make sure you have been approved to add one of my puppies to your home.  A completed Puppy Questionaire and pictures of your home and yard must have been provided to be considered.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the specific sex requsted is not available. I do not select nor sell puppies based on color.  In the event that purchaser changes their mind to purchase a puppy, the deposit is non-refundable.  If we have a companion puppy available of requested sex and purchaser whom has requested a companion does not want the puppy their deposit is non-refundable and deposit
will not be carried over to another litter unless Breeder/Seller agrees to do so.  
Show homes will be placed first.
I reserve the right at all times to refuse the sale of any of our puppies.
In the event we refuse the sale of  one of our puppies deposit will be refunded in full.
This is the only time a deposit will be refunded.

Deposit is applied to purchase price.

Deposit for Companion puppies ($250), (Limited Registration, spayed or neutered)
Deposit for Show prospect puppies with full registration ($500),

Remaining balance, including shipping & handling, to be paid by the time the
puppies are 7 weeks. Breeder reserves the right to resell any puppy not paid for by this time
and purchaser forfeits deposit.

Payment of a deposit is agreement to the above Deposit Contract. This contract is formed in and shall be governed by the laws of Texas and the jurisdiction to resolve disputes rest solely in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Texas.
